Temi Christina & WayV Walks approached CRTV Corner to develop cover art & promotional material for their EP.
Temi Christina is a singer-songwriter born and raised in East London. West London multi-instrumentalist and producer WayV Walks aspires to sculpt sound that is expressive and innovative. This dynamic duo were releasing a joint EP and needed a comprehensive creative solution without having to juggle multiple professionals. They had specific requirements and a strong vision, looking for a partner who could bring their long-awaited project to life.
My Approach & Results
I kicked things off with a strategy session to dive deep into Temi & WayV's vision, followed by creating a mood board and personalised playlist for a relaxed photoshoot environment. The portrait photos inspired continuous line drawings for the album art, paired with a handwritten font that was personal yet clear. We also shot a music video, which they repurposed into engaging short-form content. The result? High Instagram engagement, a fully booked listening party, and resources for three months of content, merch design, and an event. I was also asked to join an interview explaining the project process!
